Obstacles to the Professional Development of School Principals and Their Impact on Their Performance from Their Point of View in the Education of the Southern Shouneh

The current study aimed to reveal the obstacles professional development of school principals and their impact on performance from point view in Southern Shouneh education. used descriptive survey method, achieve this researcher designed a questionnaire consisting (44) items It was applied sample, which included all members community, numbered (35) directors. results indicated that education Shouneh, field material came medium degree, administrative obstacles, personal related trainers evaluation large showed there were no statistically significant differences due variables gender, educational qualification years experience.
